We LOVE new people. For real. We can’t wait to have you in the studio!!

Also...checking out a new studio can be super intimidating! We want to relieve this pressure by walking with you, making sure you know all the details and have a solid plan that works with YOUR goals in mind.

So with that said, here's what you can expect!

Step One: Purchase our Introductory Package, then watch for the email from us - it will contain our Welcome Form. Please take a few minutes to fill it out, so we know how to customize your experience with us!

Step Two: We will contact you to schedule your complimentary Studio Welcome session! We want get to know you, and help you get familiar with our equipment and scheduling before you even show up for that first class. A great place to ask every burning question so there are no surprises!

Step Three: Now it's time to show up and sweat, working the plan that we developed together! Here are a couple of little reminders:

Arrive 15 minutes early to get set up - your instructor will be watching for you!

Because you’ll be breaking a solid sweat, we recommend wearing workout clothing that makes you comfortable! Tennis shoes are great for Spin. TRX can be done in tennis shoes, socks, or barefoot!

Gear wise, bring a water bottle & towel if you have them, but if not, we have some you can purchase in-house.

Cycling shoes with SPD compatible clips are fantastic and will fit our bikes, but are not required.

P.S. If you are interested in simply grabbing a Drop In pass and checking us out that way, you can purchase HERE brave soul! Please arrive 15 minutes early and grab a Welcome Card from the lobby desk on your way in. Hand it to your friendly instructor and they will take good care of you from there! We promise they won't bite, but they will sign you in, give you the grand tour, an equipment demo, and make sure you have everything you need to get started!
PRO TIP: Try not to compare your beginning to other people's middle. Showing up is oftentimes the most important step!
Please don't be afraid to ask questions. To try. To struggle a little. To fail. Then get back up and try again.
