  2. Step Two: We will contact you to schedule your complimentary Studio Welcome session!  We want get to know you, and help you get familiar with our equipment and scheduling before you even show up for that first class. A great place to ask every burning question so there are no surprises!

  3. Step Three: Now it's time to show up and sweat, working the plan that we developed together! Here are a couple of little reminders:

  • Arrive 15 minutes early to get set up - your instructor will be watching for you!

  • Because you’ll be breaking a solid sweat, we recommend wearing workout clothing that makes you comfortable! Tennis shoes are great for Spin.  TRX can be done in tennis shoes, socks, or barefoot!

  •  Gear wise, bring a water bottle & towel if you have them, but if not, we have some you can purchase in-house.

  • Cycling shoes with SPD compatible clips are fantastic and will fit our bikes, but are not required.

P.S. If you are interested in simply grabbing a Drop In pass and checking us out that way, you can purchase HERE brave soul!
